The statistics viewed in this info graph is clearly showing the importance of taking a break for the work productivity. If my opinion will be asked, I will favor break time eating. The naps and shot breaks at work is good for our health as well as refresh our mind to start work with more dedication. After taking a view of this graph one can fully understand how one can keep active and healthy him while working.
